Submit Supporting Document

You are required to submit the following documents to support your application. Please ensure that TWO (2) copies of each of the following documents are prepared and submitted upon registration:

Two (2) passport-sized color photographs with white/blue background

Photocopy of your MyKad (front and back on one A4 page)

Photocopy of academic results (e.g. PMR/SPM/STPM/SKM/Certificates/Diploma)

School Leaving Certificate

Birth Certificate

Guarantor’s latest salary slip (last 2 months)

Photocopy of guarantor’s MyKad

Utility bill (latest copy / 2 Months – water, electricity, or Astro)

Please ensure all required documents are submitted together with your application form if applying via the downloadable PDF form, either by email or in person. For online submissions, the required documents may be submitted after we have contacted you for verification

Pay Registration Fee

All applicants are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of RM950 upon application. This fee secures your placement in the chosen programme and initiates the enrolment process.

Payments can be made via Cash or bank transfer to Yahos School of Skills. Once payment is received, our admissions team will contact you with the next steps to complete your registration.
