Diploma in Culinary Arts (MQA/PA 15958)
Study Duration

This program aims to prepare learners to be culinary professionals by providing them with fundamentals of food, food styles and food preparation methods. It is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitude crucial to succeed in the hospitality industry whereby they get to practice their culinary skills and experience working as a team in a well-equipped industry kitchen environment on campus as well as during their industry internship.

Entry Requirements

  • Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a minimum of three (3) credits in any subject or its equivalent; or
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum Grade C in any subject, or its equivalent; or
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul or its equivalent; or
  • A pass in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a related field; or
  • A Certificate (Level 3 Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) in a related field or its equivalent.
